About us
Across India, adult women employed in licensed and unlicensed wellness workplaces are still swept up in raids, filmed without consent, and locked into shelter homes as “victims” — even when they say they are there of their own will.
IllegalRescueWomen.org records those accounts, explains workers’ rights, and campaigns for policy that separates trafficking investigations from the punishment of consenting adults.

Operations on workplaces require lawful grounds, identification, and a clear distinction between trafficking and adult labour.
